9,10-蒽二基-雙(亞甲基)二丙二酸(9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid, ABDA),是一款測定單線態(tài)氧(1O2)的指示劑,具有比9,10-蒽二基--二丙酸更好的特性。這一水溶性的蒽衍生物與單線態(tài)氧反應(yīng),光漂白生成對應(yīng)的內(nèi)過氧化物(見下圖),這一反應(yīng)通過分光光度法記錄400nm處光密度的降低來監(jiān)測[1-2]
